From apprentice to managing an £8.6m business
Raj started his career as a parts apprentice, progressing through the roles of team leader and parts manager to branch manager. In this role he manages 36 staff including four apprentices. He oversees all aspects of the business including warehouse, sales and front counter, administration and vehicles – all of which adds up to an £8.6 million business.
