Holly started a Parts Advisor apprenticeship instead of staying on at college and soon discovered the benefits of being paid whilst learning. After graduating as Apprentice of the Year she became more involved in other parts of the business from the warehouse to dealing with customers at the counter and now dealing with banking and cash handling. This broad grounding serves her well as a successful Administrator at Birmingham TPS.
