Our dedicated learner support team is committed to assisting individuals enrolled in the VWG Apprenticeship program, providing unwavering support throughout their educational journey. This team strongly emphasises amplifying the voices of learners, with a primary focus on ensuring the safety and well-being of apprentices is prioritized just as much as their academic accomplishments. In cases where apprentices encounter learning difficulties or disabilities, we have the capability to introduce reasonable adjustments within the classroom environment and adapt resources or equipment to cater to each apprentice’s specific learning requirements. Our diverse group of learners often confront various challenges, including but not limited to Dyslexia, Anxiety, ADHD, ASD, and more. The learner support team is dedicated to championing every apprentice’s success by facilitating access to essential information and support, regardless of the obstacles they may encounter.

Functional Skills
Our apprenticeship program has a dedicated Functional Skills tutor who specializes in offering assistance to learners seeking qualifications in Mathematics and English as integral components of their apprenticeship journey. Proficiency in these skills is fundamental and applicable across diverse facets of life, whether at work or at home. These qualifications are fully accredited, and learners will be presented with certificates as tangible proof of their competence.

Learners and employers have access to a range of Accessibility Guides intended to simplify the customization of resources they are provided with. These guides are geared towards enhancing the ease with which learners can comprehend and engage with the materials they receive
