Developing the individual
Tony trains all the apprentices coming through the TPS programme. He develops each individual based on their talent and aptitude, tailoring the programme to their needs. By reporting back to the apprentice’s manager this development continues back at the branch and gives the apprentice every opportunity to achieve their full potential.
